Joe Prater - Compiled an 85-84-4 (.503) record in 18 seasons, while coaching the institution as Pueblo Junior College and into the four-year era as Southern Colorado State College … Owns the most victories in program history … Recorded eight seasons with a .500 or better record, which included an eight-win season (8-1-1) in 1965 that stood as the program best until the late 1970's … Produced 11 All-Americans, which included Frank Grant who was drafted by the Washington Redskins in 1972 and played six seasons in the NFL.
