PUEBLO, Colo. (March 22, 2019) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's tennis team begins a stretch of three home games March 23 when it hosts New Mexico Military Institute beginning at 10 a.m. at Pueblo City Park.
The ThunderWolves (0-13) are looking for their first win of the season. The Pack last competed at the MSU Texas Invite, hosted by Midwestern State University, Texas March 8-9. The Pack picked up one team point on the weekend in a 6-1 loss to Angelo State University. Junior
Sarah Megilligan (Pueblo West, Colo.) got the one victory against ASU, as she posted a 6-1, 6-2 result at No. 4 singles.
The Lady Broncos are 0-5 this season, which includes a 6-1 loss to University of Texas-Permain Basin, March 16.
Following Saturday's battle, the ThunderWolves will remain home March 29-30 against Seward County CC and Hastings College (Neb.). The match Friday will begin at 12 p.m., while the Saturday meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and both contests are schedule to be played at Pueblo City. Park.
