In the final weekend of the regular season, the CSU-Pueblo women's tennis was faced with tough opposition in Metro State, falling to the Roadrunners 9-0 on Saturday.
The ThunderWolves' lone win came at three-doubles as Brooke Trevithick (Fr., Pueblo, Colo.) and Heather Guilliams (So., Pueblo, Colo.) won 8-5.
In the individual matches, Trevithick was the closest to giving the Pack a win when she played her No. 5 singles match to the max 3-sets, before falling 7-5, 4-6, 10-5.
CSU-Pueblo, which earned the 4-seed in the upcoming RMAC Championship tournament and will face 5-seed Montana State-Billings, the tourney which will be played on the campus of Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction, Colo. begins Friday.
