COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - March 3, 2013) - The Pack completed its non-conference portion of their schedule with a big confidence booster for a young T-Wolves squad when they defeated Colorado College 6-3 on Saturday afternoon.

The strong performance was quickly ignited from the start as Teresa Haro (Fr., Monument, Colo.) along with Brooke Trevithick (Fr., Pueblo, Colo.), Gia Montoya (Fr., Pueblo, Colo.) and Martina Gilmore (Fr., Pueblo, Colo.) all of whom picked up their first victory.  The win turn to be somewhat of revenge as Colorado College had previously beaten CSU-Pueblo 8-1. 

"CC beat us 8-1 last year, so to turn that around in a win this year is a big accomplishment for the girls." Head coach Brad Gerler said regarding the win. "We had a couple of close singles matches that we couldnt quite pull out,

Conference play begins Friday when the Pack will play host to Colorado Christian at the Pueblo City Park tennis courts.
