Roadrunners too much for Pack

Denver, CO. - The CSU-Pueblo women's tennis team had one of its best showings against the Roadrunner's of Metro State. Led by three singles victories, Teresa Haro (5-7, 6-4, 11-9), Brooke Trevithick (6-7(2), 6-3, 10-8) and Kellie Manes (4-6, 6-3, 14-12) each had a successful start to the fall schedule.  In doubles, the Pack was swept in straight sets. 

Head coach Brad Gerler felt strong about the performance his squad gave against the highly touted Roadrunners. Gerler had alot of positives that came out of end results, "I really feel like we can make a push into the top tier of the conference this year."

"I really feel like these kids are the foundation of a solid program for the next several years."

The T-Wolves next play when they travel to Fort Collins, CO. to play in the CSU Fall Invitational.
