GREENWOOD, Ind. – Six football players from Colorado State University Pueblo have been named to the College Sports Communicators' (formally known as CoSIDA-College Sports Information Directors of America) NCAA Division II Academic All-District Team that was announced Tuesday by the organization.
The six Pack football players selected to the CSC Academic All-District Team were junior running back
Moosah Alsaffar (Aurora, Colo./Grandview), junior punter
Regan Baker (Melbourne, Australia/Idaho State), senior tight end
Tyler Dvorak (Englewood, Colo./Cherry Creek), junior kicker
Evan Lyons (Superior, Colo./Monarch), senior receiver
Zack Rakowsky (Loveland, Colo./Loveland), and junior linebacker
Gary Seidenberger (Fredericksburg, Texas/Fredericksburg). Dvorak, Rakowsky, and Seidenberger are repeat Academic All-District selections from 2024, while Rakowsky also earned Academic All-District honors in 2023.
In order to be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have a 3.50 or higher GPA. They must have also either played in 90 percent of the team's games or started at least 66 percent of the team's games. In addition, transfers are now eligible, unlike in previous years, and schools were limited to a total of eight nominations.
Three of CSU Pueblo's eight Academic All-District selections have also been selected for advancement to the national ballot for Academic All-American honors, which will be voted on by CSC Division II membership. Those three Pack players advancing the national ballot are Dvorak, Rakowsky, and Seidenberger. The Division II CSC Academic All-America Football Team will be announced on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026.

Gary Seidenberger, 3.73 cumulative GPA, Pre-Business
In 2023, Rakowsky became CSU Pueblo's 18th football player to earn CSC Academic All-American honors as he was named a Second-Team Academic All-American.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
