Women's Lacrosse Home Game Friday With Westminster Has Been Pushed Back One Day

Saturday's Game is Scheduled for 4 P.M. Start at ALG Stadium

PUEBLO, Colo. - Due to a snow storm that hit Southern Colorado area on Thursday, Colorado State University Pueblo has announced that its women's home lacrosse game with Westminster scheduled for Friday has been pushed back one day to Saturday at ALG Stadium.

Saturday's game with the Griffins is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. The women's game will follow the men's lacrosse game with Quincy that is scheduled for a 12 p.m. face-off on Saturday afternoon.

The ThunderWolves (2-2 overall) and Westminster (0-3 overall) were scheduled to play at 12 p.m. on Friday afternoon to open Rocky Mountain Conference play, but the snow storm has caused travel problems for Westminster and they were not able to arrive in Pueblo today.

Less than 24 hours after playing Westminster, the Pack, who have won two straight games following their 17-9 win on Monday at Lake Erie and its 23-11 win on Tuesday at Tiffin, will play host to Colorado Mesa for a 1 p.m. RMAC game on Sunday, March 17.
