Helen Braybrook (Sr., Frieston, United Kingdom) led the No. 5 ThunderWolves to an impressive fourth place finish at the Chili Pepper Cross Country Festival, defeating every Division II in the field, and only trailing Arkansas, LSU, and Texas.
The 2023 All-American took home a top 10 finish, finishing 10th with a time of 16:44.7. With the strong finish, the Pack are now ranked third in the nation, which is the highest ranking ever in program history.
Up next, both CSU Pueblo Cross Country teams will compete Oct. 11 at the UCCS Rust Buster held at the North Monument Valley Park.
