Alisha Little (R-Jr., Aurora, Colo.) has helped lead CSU Pueblo to a 2-1 record since the December 31 with wins against New Mexico Highlands and Westminster. In three games, Little averaged a double-double, scoring 20.3 points per game and 11.7 rebounds per contest.
Against NMHU, she scored 21 points and brought down 13 rebounds including nine on the defensive side. She tallied three steals and three assists in the game.
On the road at Colorado Mesa, Little totaled 16 rebounds and nine coming on defense to go along with seven blocks, two steals and three assists. She earned her tenth double-double of the year in the effort.
Saturday versus Westminster, she shot 54.5 percent from the field and went 5-of-9 from the free throw line en route to a 18-point and six rebound night.
Up next, the women's basketball team hosts a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games and welcomes No. 8 Mines on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and will face MSU Denver on Saturday at 4 p.m., both games inside Massari Arena.
