Carlia Johnson (Jr., The Valley, Anguilla) helped to guide CSU Pueblo women's soccer to a 1-0-1 record last week including a 1-0 upset victory over then-No. 6 Colorado Mesa on Sunday at Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium.
In two games, Johnson recorded two shots, both of which landed on frame for the Pack.
Friday, the ThunderWolves and Westminster played to a 0-0 draw and on Sunday, the ThunderWolves played their third ranked opponent of the season when they faced the Mavericks.
Johnson connected on her only shot of the match during the 68th minute to put the Pack ahead. It was her second goal of the year.
It is the Pack's first twin over a Top 10 opponent since Oct. 2, 2016 when CSU Pueblo defeated No. 3 Colorado School of Mines at Gonzales Stadium.
Up next, the ThunderWolves go on the road for matches at Adams State on Thursday and will wrap the weekend Sunday at New Mexico Highlands.
