At the UCCS vs. CSU Pueblo Dual Saturday, Nate Miller (Jr., Colorado Springs, Colo.) produced an NCAA Division II automatic mark in the shot put with a throw of 18.94m (62' 1.75"). The meet was the first for Miller in 20 months due to redshirting and the COVID 19 pandemic.

His throw is a school record, facility record, ranks second in NCAA Division II this season and is 13th among all college levels. The toss ranks 36th in the world for the 2020-21 indoor season.
