Michael Roots (Sr., Sacramento, Calif.) had a breakout performance out of the backfield last week in a 49-7 win over South Dakota Mines, as the senior totaled two touchdowns and 145 yards on 14 carries.

Roots now leads the Pack with 265 yards on teh season and sits as the seventh-leading rusher in the conference.
