COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announces its new Hall of Fame Alumni Association, inviting all members of the RMAC Hall of Fame to join their distinguished peers in engaging with past, present and future RMAC student-athletes. The Association provides opportunities to reconnect with fellow inductees, engage with RMAC membership, celebrate milestones, and continue building the legacy of the RMAC's annual Hall of Fame Banquet and Awards Ceremony.
The announcement of the new RMAC Hall of Fame Alumni Association follows the league's 23rd annual RMAC Hall of Fame Banquet and Awards Ceremony on July 9, debuting a new host venue in Colorado Springs at the COS City Hub. The RMAC was joined by 28 in-person honorees between seven individual inductees and two team inductees recognized as the RMAC Class of 2026 Hall of Fame. The new Hall of Fame Alumni Association, whose membership continues to grow within just days of its official launch, supports the RMAC's goal to offer a platform for celebration and connection within the RMAC community, while enhancing the annual dinner banquet.
"The RMAC Hall of Fame Alumni Association is about strengthening the lifelong connection between our conference and the individuals who have helped define its legacy," said Danielle Harris, RMAC Commissioner. "Our Hall of Fame inductees represent excellence in competition, leadership, and service, and we are excited to create new opportunities for them to reconnect with the RMAC while investing in the next generation of student-athletes. Through the Legacy Network Mentorship Program and other alumni engagement initiatives, we are building a community that celebrates our history while helping shape our future."

As part of the new Hall of Fame Alumni Association, the RMAC has created its new "Legacy Network" Mentorship Program, connecting Hall of Fame members with current student-athletes to share experiences, offer guidance, and inspire valuable leadership qualities. RMAC Hall of Fame inductees have achieved excellence through dedication, perseverance, and leadership, creating a unique platform for them to share lessons learned throughout their career—both on and off the field—while helping current student-athletes navigate their own personal and professional journeys.
Each inductee who joins the RMAC Hall of Fame Alumni Association has the opportunity to be paired with an eligible student-athlete mentee, who must be involved in their campus Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). The "Legacy Network" Mentorship Program will be introduced to RMAC SAAC student-athletes on July 26 at their annual summer retreat in Colorado Springs, encouraging retreat attendees to promote the opportunities to their campus SAAC programs as the 2026 fall semester begins.
Members of the RMAC "Legacy Network" Mentorship Program will engage in a variety of ways, including:
- One-on-one in-person or virtual mentoring sessions with mentees
- "Legacy Network" social at annual RMAC Hall of Fame and Awards Ceremony
- Invitation to in-person RMAC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Summer Retreat in Colorado Springs
- Virtual student-athlete development workshops during RMAC SAAC fall and summer meetings
