COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference has announced its 2026 Football Media Day, which is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, at the state-of-the-art CAVEA Theater on the campus of Metropolitan State University of Denver.
This year's RMAC Football Media Day event will be broadcast free of charge on the RMAC Network beginning at 10 a.m., when the 2026 Preseason All-RMAC Teams and Coaches' Poll will be revealed. Team-by-team interviews, led by host Miles Dunklin, will follow at 10:30 a.m., with all 10 RMAC football teams participating. The in-person event is open to the media but not to the public.
Each school will send two student-athletes (one on offense, one on defense) and the head coach to this year's Media Day event and CSU Pueblo will send fourth-year head coach

In addition to the RMAC Network Live Interview with Miles Dunklin, the student-athletes and coaches will also participate in 1-on-1 interviews for 15 minutes with members of the media in attendance, a player's social media interaction station for 15 minutes, and a promo photo shoot for 15 minutes with head coaches and players in their uniform (helmet, jersey, and pants).
The Pack's RMAC Broadcast Network interview is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., with the Pack beginning the Media Day festivities at 12:30 p.m. with one-on-one media interviews, followed by the player social media station at 12:45 p.m. After a break at 1 p.m., the Pack will participate in the promo photo shoot at 1:15 p.m.

Following Wednesday's RMAC Media Day, the Pack football team will report to campus for preseason practice on Saturday, Aug. 1 and begin preseason camp practices on Monday, Aug. 3. The Pack will open the 2026 season with a week zero game against the University of Central Missouri on Thursday, Aug. 27 at the CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl. Kickoff for the season opener is set for 6 p.m. Last season, the Pack collected a 29-24 road win over the Mules in Warrensburg, Mo.

The day before the RMAC Football Media Day, the student-athletes and coaches will tour the Children's Hospital Colorado (13123 E. 16th Ave., Aurora) from 1-2:30 p.m., before taking attending meetings and professional development at the MSU Denver campus and then participating in a dinner and social event at Dave & Busters (2000 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver) from 7-9 p.m.
