GREENWOOD, Ind. – Colorado State University Pueblo had 11 student-athletes named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District Teams for men's and women's at-large sports that was released Tuesday afternoon. The Pack had four honorees for women's lacrosse, three honorees for men's golf, two honorees each for women's golf and men's wrestling.
The women's lacrosse players selected were senior defender
Audrey Allendorf (Stow, Ohio, Stow-Munroe Falls), sophomore midfielder
Sydney Gunnels (Dallas, Texas/Coppell), junior midfielder
Sophia Rinn (Eagle, Colo./Eagle Valley) and junior midfielder
Reese Wasmund (Portland, Ore./West Linn), while the men's golfers honored were senior
Marius Dosiere (Fouras, France/Missouri Western), junior
Callum Kenneally (Duns, Scotland/Berwickshire School) and redshirt junior
Kyle Leydon (Commerce City, Colo./Creighton). The women's golfers honored were senior
Freya Constable (Edinburgh, Scotland/Boroughmuir) and junior
Lisa Ekberg (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Aranasgymnasiet) and the two wresters honored were junior
Mario Tafoya (Albuquerque, N.M./La Cueva) and redshirt junior
Remington Winmill (Wendell, Idaho/Wendell).
Allendorf, Rinn, Wasmund, Constable, Ekberg and Winmill are all repeat Academic All-District selections from last year.
The CSC Academic All-District recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Schools were only allowed to nominate six student-athletes in each gender for the Academic All-District At-Large Team and the Pack had six female and five male student-athletes recognized for their academic accomplishments this season. The at-large sports that were eligible for the award from CSC were men's and women's fencing, men's and women's golf, men's and women's gymnastics, men's and women's ice hockey, men's and women's skiing, men's volleyball, men's and women's water polo, men's and women's lacrosse, women's beach volleyball, women's bowling, women's crew/rowing, women's fencing, men's and women's rifle and women's field hockey.
For golf, honorees must have competed in 75 percent of the team's total varsity events that were team scoring events or in the line-up at the conference championship. For wrestling, honorees must have been in the lineup for a minimum of 75 percent of matches that were team scoring events or compete in their weight class at a conference championship meet and in lacrosse, the student-athletes must have competed in 90 percent of the team's games played or must've started at least 66 percent of the team's games. Along with meeting those above criteria, the student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and the nominee must be enrolled at their institution as either an undergraduate or graduate student and must have cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.50 or if a graduate student, the nominee needs to have both a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or better as both an undergraduate and graduate student.
