ThunderWolves Ranked 6th In Week 3 Of NCAA Regional Polls

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The Colorado State University Pueblo men's golf team continues to position itself among the top contenders in the region, as the ThunderWolves checked in at No. 6 in this week's NCAA Division II South Central Regional Rankings.

The ranking marks another strong milestone for a CSU Pueblo program that has consistently been in the national conversation throughout the 2025-26 season. The Pack have paired steady team play with standout individual performances, building one of the most complete resumes in the region heading into the final stretch of the spring.

This week's South Central Region rankings are led by Colorado Mesa at No. 1, followed by St. Mary's (Texas), Dallas Baptist, and West Texas A&M rounding out the top four. UT Permian Basin sits just ahead of the ThunderWolves at No. 5, while CSU Pueblo holds firm at No. 6 in a loaded regional field that will ultimately send teams to the NCAA postseason.

CSU Pueblo's strong body of work has also translated on the national stage, as the ThunderWolves are currently ranked No. 13 in the nation in the most recent Scoreboard by Clippd rankings. The national recognition further reinforces the Pack's standing as one of Division II's top programs and highlights the consistency they have shown throughout the year against elite competition.

Individually, Marius Dosiere continues to lead the way for the Pack. The senior Frenchman is currently ranked No. 27 in the country and has been a steady force in the lineup all season, posting a 70.6 scoring average. His consistent play at the top of the lineup has played a key role in CSU Pueblo's success and ability to compete with the region's best teams.

The regional placement reflects CSU Pueblo's success against both RMAC and South Central Region opponents. NCAA regional rankings are determined using several key criteria, including head-to-head competition, results against common opponents, scoring averages, and performance metrics.

As the postseason approaches, the ThunderWolves remain firmly in position to secure a berth in the NCAA South Central Regional Championship. With key events still ahead—including the RMAC Championships—the Pack will look to continue building momentum and solidify their standing among the region's top teams.

Now sitting inside the top six in the region and among the top 15 nationally, CSU Pueblo controls its destiny down the stretch as it pushes toward another NCAA postseason appearance.
