Constable Named RMAC Golfer Of The Week After Leading ThunderWolves In California

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Colorado State University Pueblo's Freya Constable has been named this week's Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week after leading the ThunderWolves to a solid performance at the Fujikara Invitational in San Marcos, Calif.

Constable finished in 13th place after a three-day total of 896. On the first day in which the ThunderWolves played 36, the Scot fired two good rounds on the long day, shooting 75-74 to put CSU Pueblo in a good spot headed to Tuesday's Final Round.

Constable fought hard on the tough conditions on Day Two, shooting a round of 79 to secure a 13th place finish individually, leading CSU Pueblo to a seventh place finish.

Her impressive performance not only secured a personal 13th-place finish but also surpassed six nationally ranked competitors.
