In this week's 12th and final national Division II football poll of the 2025 regular season, the ThunderWolves, who are sporting a 10-1 overall record and went 9-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference after its 30-27 double overtime win last Saturday at home against 22nd-ranked Chadron State to claim its second consecutive RMAC title, advanced two spots from No. 6 to No. 4 in the latest AFCA Division II Coaches' Poll presented by HUDL and jumped one spot to No. 6 in this week's D2Football.com Media Top 25 Poll.

The Pack received 669 points in this week's AFCA Coaches' Poll to sit 17 points in front of No. 5 Central Washington (10-1) and 42 points behind No. 3 Kutztown (Pa.) (11-0).

CSU Pueblo, Chadron State and Western Colorado are the three RMAC schools ranked in both of this week's AFCA and D2Football.com polls. Besides the Pack in the AFCA poll, Western Colorado (9-2), who closed the regular season with a 42-28 home win over Colorado Mesa, jumped three spots to No. 15 and Chadron State (8-3) remained at No. 22 in the AFCA poll after its double overtime setback to the Pack. In the D2Football.com poll, Western Colorado jumped four spots to No. 18 and Chadron State jumped two spots to No. 17 this week.
