PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Colorado State University Pueblo women's golf team is tied for first in the RJGA Shootout after shooting an opening round 308 (+20).
The ThunderWolves are fresh off a victory, after winning the season opener easily at The Swam Memorial in Denver.Â
Despite winning the last two Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships, Head Coach
Tammy Lim is looking for her first back to back wins as a head coach.Â
GOLF CLUB OF ESTRELLA:
The Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, Ariz. is playing at 6005 yards this week for the women, sitting at a Par 72, the course has a course rating of 72.1 and a slope of 123.
ROUND ONE:
CSU Pueblo is tied with Academy of Art, MSU Denver, and Lubbock Christian for the first round lead. All three teams are Super Region teams that the ThunderWolves will go up against to qualify for the postseason.

Freya Constable (Edinburgh, Scotland/Boroghmuir)Â led the way for the Pack, shooting an opening round of one-over par (73). Constable is tied for second on the individual leaderboard.
Yale Lee (New Malden, England/Nonsuch), who is making just her second collegiate start, fired a round of four-over par (76), sitting a tie for 16th place.
Sinead Ni Cheilleachair (Tullamore, Ireland/Killina Presentation) is also making just her second collegiate start, as the Irishwoman shot a round of seven-over par (79), and is sitting in T34.

Zoey Rodriguez (Pueblo, Colo./Pueblo South), who is making her season debut in the top-five, shot a round of eight-over (80) to sit in T41, while reigning RMAC Freshman of the Year
Lisa Ekberg (Kungsbacka, Sweden/Aranasgymnasiet) is sitting in T47 after an opening round score of 81.Â
