EMPORIA, Kan. – The Colorado State University Pueblo Women's Track squad completed day two of the 2024 NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championships on the campus of Emporia State University.
The ThunderWolves only competed in two events on Thursday, competing in the women's 3000m Steeplechase, and in the women's 800m run.
Jadyn Herron-Jonap (Queen Creek, Ariz./Casteel) completed her National Championship campaign, as the sophomore ran a time of 2:16.28 in the 800 to finish in 21st place in the preliminaries.
Margot Thomas-Gatel (Chapet, Ile-de-France, France) also completed her National Championship campaign, as the Frenchie ran a time of 10:38.10 to finish 11th in the 3000m Steeplechase Finals.
The Pack are back in action tomorrow as both the women and men will compete in the shot put.
Katherine Higgins (Mead, Colo./Ponderosa), and
Febe Wessels (Pretoria, South Africa) both compete a
11:00 AM CST, while
Justin Jenks (Helena, Mont./Helena Capital) competes at 2:15 PM CST.
