EMPORIA, Kan. – Due to inclement weather forecast for Friday morning, Emporia State has announced an adjustment to its four-game home series this weekend against Colorado State University Pueblo.
The teams will now play doubleheaders on both Saturday, Feb. 17 and Sunday, Feb. 18, as opposed to the original schedule that called for single games on Friday and Sunday and a doubleheader on Saturday.
So with the new revised schedule, the ThunderWolves and Hornets will open the series with a doubleheader beginning at 11 a.m. MT on Saturday, Feb. 17 at Glennen Field. The series will wrap with another doubleheader on Sunday, Feb. 18 beginning at 11 a.m. MT.
Both doubleheaders will be a 7 inning game, followed by a nine inning game.
