PUEBLO, Colo. (November 26, 2022) - The Colorado State University Pueblo women's basketball squad finished with five players scoring in double figures for the ThunderWolves in a 77-56 win over Wayland Baptist on the final day of the Thanksgiving Classic inside Massari Arena.
The Pack were guided by
Morgan Dial who registered 17 points and went 5-of-9 from the field, all of her points were scored from three-point land.Â
As a team, CSU Pueblo hit a season-high 14 threes and shot 31.8 percent from behind the arc and 36.8 percent overall.
Charisse Fairley and
Torie Bass both scored 11 points and
JaNaiya Davis along with
Daeja Johnson each added ten points for the Pack.
Fairley and Johnson led with nine rebounds.Â
The Pack led for all but one minute of the game and the defense held the Queens to 30.3 percent shooting.

CSU Pueblo (3-3) begins Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play next week on the road Friday at Chadron State and will wrap the weekend Saturday at Colorado Christian.
