In 4.2 innings of relief, Andrew Coverly (Sr., Centennial, Colo.) gave up zero runs and allowed five hits while finishing with seven strikeouts.

Austin Narro (R-So., Franktown, Colo.) pitched a scoreless ninth inning to seal the win.

Coach Comments
"I couldn't be more proud of how we responded to a slow offensive start and 7 free passes from our starter," said Pack Head Coach Damian Stambersky. "Andrew Coverly kept us in striking distance adn then some extremely selfless at bat by Ty Lewis (Jr., Pleasant Grove, Utah) and Adrian (Martinez), allowed others to come up with some big RBIs."

"Reset and do it even better tomorrow."

CSU Pueblo (7-10, 5-8 RMAC) will return to the field Saturday and face off against host-MSU Denver at 1 p.m. followed by another matchup against Christian at 4 p.m., both games at the Regency Athletic Complex.
