ALAMOSA, Colo. (ASU Soccer Field) - A goal from Kacie Licata (So., Forward, Upland, Calif.) in the final minutes lifts CSU-Pueblo to a 1-0 victory on the road at Adams State.
CSU-Pueblo (5-4-2, 3-3-2) managed seven shots including the game winner in the 85th minute by Licata. The goal is the second of the season from Licata.
The ThunderWolves battled to a scoreless tie through the 45 minutes, earning five corner kicks in the half.
The game was delayed twice due to poor weather conditions in the area.
Amanda Jorgenson (Jr., Forward, Wailuku, Hawai'i) paced the Pack offensive attack, firing off three shots in the game.
The Pack finished the game with a 7-5 corner kick advantage.
CSU-Pueblo goalkeeper Jenn Rucker (Sr., Renton, Wash.) picked up her fourth shutout of the season, making four saves on eight shots by Adams State.
CSU-Pueblo will wrap up its four game road trip Friday, when they play at New Mexico Highlands University, kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Perkins Stadium.
