Pack the Stands in Pink for CSU-Pueblo

PUEBLO, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Oct. 20,
2010) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo
athletics department is hosting an inaugural Kickin' Cancer
event on Sunday to help increase awareness of breast cancer while
raising funds for cancer patients and their families.
The event will take place on Sunday, Oct. 24 when the
ThunderWolf men host the Fort Lewis College Skyhawks at noon and
the women host the Mesa State College Mavericks at 2:30 p.m. at
Rawlings Soccer Complex.
All participants are asked to wear a pink shirt to receive a
discounted admission ticket to the game. Half of all proceeds
collected that night will be donated to the Orchard of Hope
Foundation of Pueblo. Admission prices with a pink shirt will
be $4.00 for adults, $2.00 for seniors, military or faculty/staff,
and $1.00 for kids ages 7 – 12 years. Kids six and
under will be admitted free of charge.
