Diamond Young (Fr., Fresno, Calif.) had 12 total blocks to lead the Pack to its first weekend sweep of the season. She averaged 1.5 blocks per set with eight solo blocks to help CSU-Pueblo clinch its first RMAC Tournament berth in three years.

Young started her week with an eight block night against Adams State. She finished with five solo blocks and knocked down the match winning kill against the Grizzlies in a 15-13 fifth set. She had nine kills and hit .500 in the win.

Saturday at Fort Lewis, Young had four blocks in a sweep of the Skyhawks. Young had two more solo blocks and added eight kills in the win over FLC.

The freshman hit .467 for the weekend with 17 kills. She ranks third in the RMAC with 1.18 blocks this season.

The Pack volleyball team will finish the regular season with one match at home Friday against New Mexico Highlands. First serve goes up at 7 p.m. inside Massari Arena.
