Andrew Ni (Jr., Edinburgh, Scotland, UK) won the Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invitational for the second consecutive season. Ni shot a -11 over 54 holes at Walking Stick Golf Course to earn first place, beating the closest RMAC golfer by six strokes.
Ni achieved a -11 score on par 5 holes. He finished -3 on par fours. Ni now has two top-five finishes in two tournaments this season. He took fifth at the Ryan Palmer Invitational with a -5 (211).
Ni is undefeated against RMAC golfers in his Pack career. He now has a -16 score for the season and 68.83 scoring average. He is now -26 under the last two years at the Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invitational. He shot the best round of the tournament Monday with a -6 (66). He also delivered the best round of any golfer on day two with a -3 (69).
As a team, the Pack finished second, tying them for the best team finish of any RMAC school. He has been at or under par in all six rounds this season and under par in five of his six rounds.
