Allison Wurscher (Sr., Tigard, Ore.) totaled 11 goals and three assists for 14 points in a 1-2 week for the ThunderWolves. CSU-Pueblo won their RMAC opener against UCCS and fell to two ranked opponents (No. 22 in DIII Colorado College and No. 7 Regis).
She totaled 16 shots on goal and scored four of her goals on free position attempts. She also added three ground balls.
In the Pack's 16-14 RMAC-opening win at UCCS, Wurscher put the team on her back and scored five goals in the second half and totaled seven of her eight points in the final 20 minutes of the game with the team trailing 9-7.
Wurscher scored three straight goals, including one with the player advantage, to give the ThunderWolves a 12-10 lead, a lead it wouldn't relinquish the rest of the game. She scored five goals on five shots on goal.
