Jimmy Pelletier (Jr., Laval, Quebec, Canada) was the cornerstone for the CSU Pueblo offense during a four-game road series against No. 26 MSU Denver. Over the week, Pelletier maintained a blistering .467 batting average, leading all ThunderWolves starters with seven hits in 15 at-bats.
He tallied two doubles and a home run, resulting in a team-high .800 slugging percentage. Pelletier's knack for getting on base and scoring proved vital to the team's 3-1 record against the Roadrunners, as he crossed the plate eight times and drove in four runs.
Defensively, he was perfect in the field, navigating 20 total chances with six putouts and 14 assists to finish the series with a 1.000 fielding percentages.
