Caitlyn Cole (Sr., Merced, Calif.) etched her named in the CSU Pueblo record books and became the 9th player in program history to reach 200-hit club. Leading the ThunderWolves to a 2-3 record in their home debut at the Southern Colorado Crossover, Cole batted .353 (6-for-17) and slugged four extra-base hits, including a home run and three doubles. She scored five runs and swiped three bases in four attempts.
In ten games to start the season, Cole is batting .371 and has 13 hits, four doubles, two triples and home run.
The ThunderWolves will next hit the diamond and begin RMAC play on Feb. 21 at Chadron State.
