Helen Braybrook (Sr., Frieston, United Kingdom) once again earned conference recognition as the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference RMAC Track Athlete of the Week on Wednesday after delivering a jaw-dropping effort in the Elite Women's Mile Invitational.

Facing a field comprised entirely of NCAA Division I competitors from the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12 and SEC, Braybrook surged to the front and never looked back, crossing the finish line in a blistering 4:30.03.
