Delaney Barela (5th., Pueblo, Colo.) helped lead the Pack softball team in a four-game Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) sweep over Fort Lewis College over the weekend. With the sweep, the ThunderWolves improve to 15-12 and 14-6 in RMAC play.
Barela went 6-for-11 (.545) at the plate with two doubles and five runs. She collected an RBI, eight total bases and earned two walks.
She recorded a .727 slugging and a .615 OBP, along with two stolen bases and earned a 1.000 fielding mark in nine putouts on defense.
Up next, the softball team hosts New Mexico Highlands in a four-game set beginning Saturday at Noon at Rawlings Softball Complex.
