Yelena Travica (So., Winnipeg, Manitoba) picked up a pair of wins last week at the ITA South Central Regionals in Arlington, Texas.

Travica defeated Sophia Shepherd from Lubbock Christian in straight sets 6-0, 6-1.

She followed that performance with a win in "B" Doubles along with teammate MaKayla Martinez (Pueblo, Colo.). The duo bested the team from UT-Dallas.

Up next, the tennis team wrapped their fall schedule and will return to action in the spring.
