Colorao State University Pueblo men's soccer goalkeeper Tristan Whitlock (So., Lincoln, Neb.) helped to guide the men's soccer team in two wins last week to remain perfect in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play.
Whitlock made two saves and allowed one goal against ten shots faced. Opponents had three shots landed one frame. With the weekend sweep, Whitlock brings his record to 9-1 on the year and he now has a 0.32 goal-against average.
Wednesday against UCCS, Whitlock faced four shots from the Mountain Lions and allowed one goal early in the second half.
Sunday at Colorado Christian, Whitlock earned another clean and made one save against four shots, helping the ThunderWolves in a 1-0 win.Â
With the wins, CSU Pueblo moved up in the United Soccer Coaches Poll and register at No. 5 in the week 6 poll.
