Ashley Tosh (Fr., Fremont, Calif.) helped to lead Pack softball to a four-game series sweep of New Mexico Highlands. Tosh batted 5-for-9 (.556 average) at the plate and hit her first career homerun in walk-off fashion in Saturday's 10-2 (6 inn.) victory in game two.
She ended the weekend with six runs, 7 RBI, eight total bases and two walks. Tosh posted a .889 slugging percentage and a .583 on-base mark. She was perfect defensively on four putouts.
Tosh and Co., totaled 12 stolen bases on the weekend and now have 88 stolen bases this season, the most in the RMAC and puts the Pack T-23rd in Division II.
The Pack softball team hits the road this week for a four-game set at Adams State starting Saturday at noon at ASU Softball Field in Alamosa.
