Jazzy Hughes (Sr., Tucson, Ariz.) helped to lead the Pack women's basketball team in two road wins at New Mexico Highlands and UCCS. She averaged 7.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and recorded three steals and three blocks in the outings.
Friday against NMHU, Hughes went 5-for-9 from the field and scored ten points for the Pack in a 80-59 win. In the weekend finale, Hughes scored five points, three rebounds, two assists and finished with two blocks in CSU Pueblo's 53-34 win over the Mountain Lions.
Coming up this week, the Pack women's basketball team will play four games in five days as they are scheduled to play home games on Tuesday against MSU Denver and Wednesday versus Colorado Christian.
The weekend continues on the road for both squads with the ThunderWolves to play Friday at Fort Lewis and Saturday at Western.
