Britney Smith (Sr., Oregon City, Ore.) totaled 11 ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 1-1 conference week for the Pack. In a 13-11 loss to Fort Lewis, the senior defender picked up a career-high eight ground balls and in the process surpassed 100 ground balls for her career. She also caused two turnovers.

She caused one turnover in the midfield and then brough the ball into the offensive zone and scored her first collegiate goal.

In the 18-16 victory against Missouri Western, Smith totaled three ground balls and caused one turnover.

The women's lacrosse team is off this week and will next take to the field April 1 against Regis at 5 p.m. at Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium.
