Chin comes to CSU Pueblo after spending the past five seasons as an assistant volleyball coach at NCAA Division III Earlham College. Along with serving as an assistant volleyball coach at Earlham, Chin also served as the Earlham Athletic department's chief branding officer.

"We are extremely excited to add Annemarie as our next assistant coach. Throughout the hiring process it become extremely evident that she would not only add a tremendous amount of value to the development of our student-athletes, but to our program and department as a whole," Albers said. "AC will bring a ton of knowledge, experience and balance to our coaching staff that will help make us more well-rounded as a team. I'm really looking forward to learning from her and working alongside her to continue to elevate Pack Volleyball."

In her five seasons at Earlham, Chin helped lead the Quakers to a 75-55 overall record with a 30-15 record in Heartland Conference play. She helped lead the program to a regular season Heartland Conference championship in 2021.

Along with coaching duties with the Quakers, Chin also served as the department's chief branding officer and in that position, she was responsible for creating and directing the department's marketing efforts and managing their brand identity.

"I am thrilled to be part of the CSU Pueblo Athletic Department. Upon meeting Austin, I immediately discovered a passionate drive within this program and towards the players," Chin said. "There is continued growth and success as a ThunderWolf and I'm excited to pursue that aligned passion to create more opportunities for this program."

Prior to arriving at Earlham in 2019, Chin served as an assistant volleyball coach for three seasons (2016-18) at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Fla.
