Andrea Twelvetrees will enter her second season with Pack Volleyball in 2024 after joining the staff prior to the 2023 season. Coach Twelvetrees stepped-in to serve as an interim assistant coach during the 2023 campaign and has since proved to be an extremely valuable addition to the staff as she has transitioned into a volunteer assistant role.
Andrea joined the ThunderWolves Volleyball program in July of 2023. In her first season, she helped The Pack welcome-in and develop the largest freshman class in the last five seasons on their way to a 10-4 RMAC record and tie for fourth in the RMAC Standings. A former middle blocker, Twelvetrees was key in helping develop CSU Pueblo’s middle blocker success over the course of the season – which led to a .341 hitting efficiency out of that position. First year ThunderWolf, Golden Finch, was also named All-RMAC HM under Twelvetrees’ tutelage.
Prior to joining the staff at CSU Pueblo, Twelvetrees built a resume that features vast experience from the junior college and club volleyball scenes.
Andrea spent more than ten years coaching at the junior college level at Barton Community College (KS) as well as Eastern Florida State College (FL). In her time at Barton the team was a two-time NJCAA National Qualifier finishing in the top 10 nationally in both of those seasons.  Twelvetrees then served as the head coach at Eastern Florida State College where she led the team to their first ever NJCAA National Ranking and made the post season for the first time in recent history. Andrea has coached three NJCAA All-American athletes as well as countless All-Conference and All-Region award winners. In the club game, Andrea has had many teams compete in the USAV National spotlight including one team that won Colorado Crossroads earning a bid to USAV Nationals.Â
Andrea competed in the NJCAA then finished her education at the University of Northern Colorado where she received a Bachelor's of Science in Sports & Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching.Â
Andrea and her husband, Oliver Twelvetrees, live in Pueblo West with their 3 sons. She is also the Owner and Director at High Desert Elite Volleyball Club which is the largest USAV club program in the greater Pueblo area.
