Biography

Career: Finished her career with 108 goals and 34 assists for 142 points in 60 games … Compiled a school record 224 draw controls, a school record 191 ground balls and 113 caused turnovers (second highest total in program history) … Had five game-winning goals in her career. 

2019 (Sr.): All-RMAC Second Team selection ... Started all 14 games at midfield … Led the team with 33 goals and added seven assists to finish second on the squad with 40 points … Guided the team with 74 shots with 58 on goal, while her 5.29 shots per game ranked eighth in the RMAC … In the final RMAC regular season statistics, she was fourth in draw controls per game at 4.79 (67 total), fifth in caused turnovers per game at 2.29 (32 total) and with 46 ground balls ranked tied for sixth in the league with 3.29 ground balls per game … Her 2.29 caused turnovers per game ranked No. 24 in NCAA Division II at the end of the regular season … She led the team in all three categories … She had nine games with three or more points and netted a season-high four goals three times … Had a season-high four caused turnovers at Oklahoma Baptist (April 25), a season-best eight ground balls versus Adams State (March 27) and gathered 12 draw controls at Adams State (April 27). 

2018 (Jr.): Claimed an Honorable Mention All-RMAC award for the second time in her career ... Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll ... Christensen scored a career-high 30 goals and dished out a career-high 12 assists ... She also had a career-high 55 draw controls and 29 caused turnovers ... Christensen ranked 10th in the RMAC with 1.93 caused turnovers per game.

2017 (So.): Earned a spot on the RMAC’s Academic Honor Roll... Fired in a career-high 28 goals, third most on the team... Tallied 36 points, also third-most on the Pack…Ranked seventh in the RMAC with 1.60 caused turnovers per game… Placed eighth in the RMAC with 3.27 draw controls per game… Handed out a career-high eight assists… Named Preseason All-RMAC… Collected 49 draw controls, 34 ground balls, and 24 caused turnovers…  Set a career-high with five goals in the Pack’s 15-3 win vs. Adams State… Fired in four-goals at UCCS (April 8)… Collected five points with two goals and a career-high three assists in the Pack’s win over Oklahoma Baptist (March 22)… Set season-highs with six draw controls and five caused turnovers at Rockhurst (March 24)… Snagged a season-high five ground balls at UCCS.

2016 (Fr.): Led the RMAC with a school record 3.94 ground balls per game… Ranked fifth in Division II in ground balls per game… Finished fourth in the country in total ground balls… Named All-RMAC Honorable Mention… Became the first pack player to receive RMAC Defensive Player of the Week, honors March 15… Earned three RMAC Defensive Player of the Week Awards… Garnered more weekly awards of any player in the conference…Topped all Pack players in ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers…Set a Pack record with 53 draw controls… Ranked fifth in the RMAC with 3.31 draw controls per game…Caused 1.75 turnovers per game… Posted the second highest number of caused turnovers in school history (28)… Placed fourth in the RMAC in caused turnovers per game… Only player ranked in the top five in the RMAC in all three defensive categories… Scored 17 goals and dished out seven assists for 24 total points… Scored the game winning goal with 1:25 left in the Pack’s 18-17 win at Westminster…Recorded a season-best eight ground balls twice during the season. Controlled a season-high nine draws and picked up five ground balls in the Pack’s 20-10 win at Adams State… Netted her first hat trick in the Pack’s win over McKendree.

High School: Scored 32 goals in 17 games as a senior...Added 15 assists to finish her senior campaign with 47 points... Corralled 53 ground balls as a senior and 122 in her career....Won 56 draws as a senior... Named All-Conference in 2013-14...Served as team captain during her senior year...Earned a spot on the honor roll in 2013 and 2014.
