2017-18 (Jr.): Played in all 32 games, making one start… Ranked sixth in the RMAC during conference play with a .421 3-point percentage… Drained 36.7 percent from downtown and 42.1 percent from the field… Averaged 6.2 points per game… Recorded 1.1 steals per game… Scored a season-high 18 points twice during the season (Dec. 5, vs. New Mexico Highlands & Dec. 16 at Western State)… Set a season-high with five steals against the Cowgirls… Had 10 or more points in seven games… Named Mobile Record Shredders CSU-Pueblo Student Athlete of the Week Jan. 24.
UCCS: Helped the Mountain Lions finish in a tie for second in the RMAC standings and an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2016-17… Played in 32 games as a sophomore and 31 contests as a freshman… Made 87 3-points over two seasons with the Mountain Lions… Sank 36.0 percent of her tries from beyond the arc in 2016-17… Averaged 6.1 points per game in 15.4 minutes per game with UCCS… More than doubled her number of steals as a sophomore with 27 takeaways.
Personal: Daughter of Jerry and Lisa Knafelc… Both Jerry and Lisa were student-athletes at University of Southern Colorado (now CSU-Pueblo). Lisa ranks in the top 11 in career points, rebounds and field goal percentage.. Sister of former CSU-Pueblo Men’s Basketball player and current Pack Assistant Coach Jed Knafelc.
