2017 (Jr.): Shared the team lead with 39 RBIs…Ranked tied for eighth in the RMAC with a .464 on-base percentage… Hit .358 with 10 extra base knocks… Belted two dingers and seven doubles… Scored 23 runs… Clubbed his first CSU-Pueblo home run and drove in four runs to lead the Pack to a 13-4 win over UCCS (Feb. 10)… Gunned down 13 runners and posted a .989 fielding percentage behind the plate.

Eldorado High School:  Earned an All-State nod from NM Preps twice... Received All-5A District 2 honors three times during his career... Batted .410 as a senior as he led the Eagles to the State Championship game... Earned First Team All-Tournament honors... Nominated for the 2014 Gatorade New Mexico Player of the Year Award.

Personal: Son of Wally and Carla Romero... Wally played baseball at New Mexico Junior College...
