2016 (R-Fr.): Played in all 11 and started at Black Hills State (Oct. 22) ... Compiled 33 tackles (10 solo) .... Totaled four tackles for loss (-23 yards), which included a sack (-13 yards) ... forced a fumble and recovered a fumble, which was returned 54 yards ... Recorded a season high 10 tackles (three solo), 2.5 tackles for loss (-9 yards) and forced a fumble at BHSU to earn RMAC Defensive Player of the Week honors ... Piled on nine tackles (three solo), 1.5 tackles for loss (-14 yards), a sack (-13 yards) and returned a fumble recovery 54 yards against New Mexico Highlands (Sept. 24) ... Academic All-RMAC First Team ... NFFCC All-Academic.

2015 (RS): Redshirted.

Brush High School: Named the 2A State Player of the Year by the Denver Post as a quarterback in 2014 ... tabbed to the American Family Insurance All-USA Colorado Honorable Mention Team ... helped lead Brush to the 2A state championship ... amassed over 4,000 yards on the ground during his high school career ... registered 2,738 combined passing and rushing yards as a senior ... recorded 92 career touchdowns ... tallied 300 career tackles, including 21 tackles for loss and 10 interceptions ... played baseball, basketball and wrestled.
