Biography

Earned a Rookie Mini-Camp invitation with the Denver Broncos.

CAREER NOTE: Totaled 2,814 career rushing yards to rank 4th all-time at CSU-Pueblo

2018 (Sr.): Finished his senior season with 409 yards in nine games played ... Found the end zone on five occasions ... Averaged 7.7 yards per carry on 53 attempts ... Recorded a long run of 71 yards ... Added six receptions for 79 yards and a score. 

2017 (R-Sr.): Preseason All-RMAC ... Played in one game before suffering a season-ending injury and earned a medical redshirt ... Combined for 111 yards of offense in his start against Colorado Mines (Aug. 31) ... Totaled 53 yards rushing and 58 yards recieving. 

2016 (Jr.): In five games McDondle led the team in rushing yards with 759 (151.8 ypg) ... On 85 carries averaged 8.9 yards per attempt ... Totaled six rushing touchdowns ... Ran for an 80 yard touchdown and totaled 276 yards and four scores at Adams State (Oct. 8) ... Season ended early due to injury.

2015 (So.): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors ... Led the nation with 8.83 yards per carry … Rushed for 1,439 yards, averaging  110.7 yards per game … Set an NCAA record for rushing yards by two backs on the same team (3,674 yards), along with his brother Cameron … Tied for 14th in Division II with 17 touchdowns … Scampered for 207 yards and three TDs on just 11 rushes at Chadron State (Oct. 17), an 18.8 ypr average … Named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week (Oct. 19) … Broke off an 84 yard run to score a touchdown at Adams State … Along with his brother Cameron, helped the Pack become the fourth team in Division II history with both a 2,000 and 1,000 yard rusher … Crossed 100 yards for the first time with a 125 yard effort in the Pack’s season-opening win versus Central Washington … Exploded for touchdown runs of 67 and 66 yards against Chadron State … Had 100 or more yards in eight of his 13 games … Totaled a career-high 28 carries and rushed for 187 yards in the Pack’s NCAA Playoffs First Round victory versus UIndy.

2014 (Fr.): Saw the field in 13 games as a true freshman ... Rushed for 154 yards on 31 carries ... Totaled 11.8 yards/game and 5.0 yards/rush ... Added four receptions for 46 yards.

High School: Was coached in football by Coach Cowry... Helped the Rebels to win a state championship.... Was honored as an all-state player two years in a row... Competed in track and field and won a state championship in long jump. 

Personal: Is the son of Lois Jackson and Ernest McDondle ... Has one brother, Cameron, a former member of the ThunderWolves football team.
