ThunderWolves Dominate All-Academic RMAC Team With Eight Selections

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced its 2025-26 Indoor Track and Field All-Academic Teams and Honor Roll on Thursday afternoon, as Colorado State University Pueblo was well represented on both the men's and women's sides for its continued excellence in the classroom.

Highlighting the women's team was junior Jadyn Herron, who earned First Team Academic All-RMAC honors after posting a perfect 4.00 GPA as a Social Work major. Herron was one of 25 student-athletes selected to the women's First Team, which recognizes the top academic and athletic performers in the conference.

On the men's side, the ThunderWolves turned in one of the strongest academic showings in the RMAC, placing seven student-athletes on the First Team Academic All-RMAC squad. Caleb McLeod, Tim Anstett, Xavier Freeman, Jonathan Sweepe, Caden Howard, Felipe Castro Engel, and Lukas Moran all earned First Team recognition for their efforts in the classroom and in competition.

Overall, CSU Pueblo had eight women and nine men named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll, further showcasing the program's depth and commitment to academic success.

Women's Honor Roll selections included Crystal Armijo, Helen Braybrook, Gabby Dunich, Jadyn Herron, Leyah Martinez, Kyla Ruzich, Mary Scoggins, and Febe Wessels.

On the men's side, Tim Anstett, Felipe Castro Engel, Xavier Freeman, Caden Howard, Ryan Lane, Caleb McLeod, Lukas Moran, Caden Schweer, and Jonathan Sweepe were all recognized on the RMAC Academic Honor Roll.

The RMAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher, have completed at least two semesters at their current institution, and have competed during the season. First Team selections are chosen from nominees who hold at least a 3.50 GPA and are voted on by the league's athletic communications directors.

Colorado State University Pueblo's representation across both the First Team and Honor Roll reflects the ThunderWolves' commitment to success both on the track and in the classroom during the 2025-26 indoor season.
