ALAMOSA, Colo. (March 13, 2026) - The Colorado State University Pueblo softball team dropped both ends of its RMAC doubleheader Friday against Adams State, falling 5-3 in the opener before coming up short in an 8-7 loss in game two at ASU Softball Field.

CSU Pueblo finished with nine hits, led by Emma Case (Jr., Loveland, Colo.) who went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with two runs scored. Caitlyn Cole (Sr., Merced, Calif.) added a strong performance as well, going 2-for-3 with a walk and an RBI, while Taylor Brower (Sr., Vacaville, Calif.) drove in a run with a double in the seventh inning.

In the circle, McKenna James (Sr., Windsor, Colo.) was tagged with the loss and struck out five.

Game Two Recap
