PUEBLO, Colo. - The NCAA released its newest South Central Regional volleyball rankings on Wednesday afternoon, and CSU Pueblo remained solid at No. 6, keeping the ThunderWolves inside the qualifying line with the top eight teams advancing to the NCAA Tournament.

The Pack, now 20-7 overall, have been a fixture in the regional rankings throughout the fall. Wednesday's update confirms that CSU Pueblo remains in strong position to return to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in the last three seasons after earning a national berth in 2022.

This week's South Central regional rankings are as follows:

  1. MSU Denver (18-3 region, 23-3 overall)

  2. West Texas A&M (21-4 region, 22-6 overall)

  3. UCCS (22-2 region, 24-2 overall)

  4. Colorado School of Mines (17-6 region, 20-6 overall)

  5. Angelo State (20-5 region, 21-7 overall)

  6. CSU Pueblo (20-7 region, 20-7 overall)

  7. Lubbock Christian (21-4 region, 23-6 overall)

  8. Colorado Mesa (15-9 region, 16-9 overall)

  9. St. Mary's (TX) (14-8 region, 15-12 overall)

  10. UT Tyler (15-10 region, 16-11 overall)

CSU Pueblo's résumé continues to stand strong thanks to one of the RMAC's most efficient offenses, a top-tier blocking unit, and several victories over teams in the regional picture. The Pack have spent the season establishing postseason credentials and are now poised to make another push as the RMAC Tournament continues.

With the semifinals ahead and the NCAA selection show approaching, CSU Pueblo enters the final stretch in control of its path to the national stage.

The NCAA Tournament field will be revealed next Monday at 7:30 pm EST.
