THATCHER, Ariz. (March 20, 2023) - The Colorado State University Pueblo tennis team lost a tough match on the road at Eastern Arizona College, falling 5-1 to the Monsters on Monday.

Alyssa Wells (R-Jr., Converse, Tex.) picked up the lone for the ThunderWolves at No. 4 singles and beat her opponent in dramatic fashion posting scores of 6-2, 6-1 (10-7).

The Pack battled throughout the match and was on the wrong side in each of the three other singles matches.

At No. 2 doubles, Wells and Sonrisa Bustamante (Jr., Pueblo, Colo.) played a strong set, ultimately falling 8-3.

CSU Pueblo will next play April 1 at MSU Denver.
