DENVER, Colo. (November 17, 2022) - The Colorado State University Pueblo volleyball team had its season come to an end after a 3-0 (20-25, 20-25, 19-25) loss against No. 1 and top-seeded MSU Denver in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament.
Freshman
Sadie Scoville recorded double-digit kills for the 9th time this season to lead the ThunderWolves, finishing with 11 smack downs.
In the match, CSU Pueblo totaled thirty kills and earned a .165 hitting percentage.Â
In her final match of her Pack career,
Jazzy Espinoza finished with four kills, two aces and three blocks at the net.
During the match, CSU Pueblo found themselves ahead on several occasions and was unable to maintain the lead in each of the first two sets.
Sabrina King added 14 assists and
Grace Hern chipped in with 12 helpers of her own.
The Roadrunners committed 19 errors and earned a .252 hitting mark.
