POSTGAME COMMENT
"I'm very proud of how our team performed today," said Head Coach Monica Potter. "We got up quick, but then some jitters kicked in and it was clear we were a little rusty. Halfway though the first half and through the second half we were firing on all cylinders. We picked up a lot of ground balls, which was one of our goals, and we had our best transition I've seen in a couple years."
"We played a lot of freshmen. Baylee Mee came out of the gates and had a great game. We count on Emily and Olivia to score goals, but it was nice to see them have some support. We are all very proud of Ane Marie Hortonand her accomplishment."
